I noticed that the same questions would occur time and time again so I thought it might be a good idea to bring all those issues together into one resource that users can refer to.

Who We Are |
I am an enthusiastic Fitness Tracker user and in the year that I have had my Tracker (well three Trackers actually as I have upgraded) I have managed to lose over three stone and gone from being out of puff walking up stairs to comfortably running 5K!
My current device is a Fitbit Surge, which is perfect for me, but maybe not be the device for everyone. With this in mind I have tried not to recommend any particular Brand or model of Fitness Tracker, but have tried to stick to general points. |
My Aim |
It's my hope with this website that I can help you get the most out of your Fitness Tracker and reap the health benefits on offer. I may also be able to save you some cash as often people purchase a tracker that almost meets their needs and then find they want more features and go for an upgrade!
